Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

We take pride in the quality and presentation of our hampers and strive to ensure the satisfaction of every recipient. Should your hamper or its contents be incorrect, damaged, or faulty upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@fuchsiahampers.com.au. or through our Contact Us page.
We are committed to resolving issues promptly and may offer replacements, exchanges, credits, or refunds at our discretion, depending on the nature and extent of the issue and your preferred resolution. Please note that reasonable damage to packaging during transit is expected and does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
To facilitate the resolution process, we may request photos to assess the extent of damage or issues with the product. Please be aware that we cannot replace, exchange, or provide refunds for products dispatched more than 30 days prior.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Once orders have been dispatched and are in the possession of our couriers for delivery, amendments or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Hampers with personalized items are non-returnable as they are customized to your specifications.
If 'Signature Required' is not selected during checkout, 'Authority to Leave' will be assumed. Deliveries will be placed in a secure location on the premises, away from public view, and a photo may serve as Proof of Delivery.
Please be aware that with 'Authority to Leave,' we and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability for lost or stolen consignments after they are recorded as 'successfully delivered.'
Similarly, when delivering with 'Signature Required' to businesses or locations with designated representatives, any authorized individual may sign for the parcel. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen consignments after obtaining a signature.
In instances where deliveries are redirected to a post office or collection point due to rural or remote locations or specific business arrangements, we are unable to redeliver or provide compensation.
Should we successfully deliver to an incorrectly provided address, we cannot arrange collection or redelivery. Once a delivery is made to the address provided at checkout, we cannot collect or compensate further.
Purchase of Alcohol
Fuchsia Hampers adheres to the responsible service of alcohol. It is illegal to supply alcohol to individuals under the age of 18.
By ordering hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. It is a legal requirement for both the purchaser and recipient to be over 18 years of age.
