Delivery & tracking
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide. We're based in Fairlight, Sydney NSW, and hand-deliver across Sydney metro in our own car. Everywhere else in Australia is sent via Australia Post or trusted couriers, so wherever your recipient is, we can reach them.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your hamper. For Sydney metro, local hand-delivery is usually same-day or next-day when you order early enough. Across the rest of Australia, allow roughly 2–6 business days depending on the state and whether it's a metro or regional address. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Sydney?
Yes. Because we deliver Sydney metro ourselves, same-day delivery is often possible for orders placed before our daily cut-off. If you need a hamper there today, email us at sales@fuchsiahampers.com.au and we'll confirm whether we can make it happen.
What are your order cut-off times?
For Sydney metro same-day or next-day delivery, please order by mid-morning so we have time to hand-make and dispatch. For interstate orders, the earlier the better, especially around busy periods. At end of financial year, place corporate and EOFY orders by 30 June to have them dispatched in time — we recommend ordering a few days earlier where you can, as the final week is our busiest.
Can I track my order?
Yes. For interstate deliveries you'll receive tracking details by email once your hamper is dispatched, so you can follow it to the door. For Sydney hand-deliveries we'll keep you updated directly and let you know when it's on its way.
Custom, corporate & bespoke
Can I create a custom or bespoke hamper?
Absolutely — bespoke hampers are one of our favourite things to make. Custom hampers start from $120, and you can tell us the occasion, budget and any preferences. Email sales@fuchsiahampers.com.au with what you have in mind and we'll reply within 24 hours with ideas and a quote.
Do you offer corporate and bulk gifting?
Yes, and there's no minimum order. We provide a GST tax invoice for every corporate order, can add your logo or a branded gift card on request, and can dispatch to multiple addresses from a single order — ideal for client gifts, staff thank-yous and EOFY gifting. Email sales@fuchsiahampers.com.au to set up your order.
Can you add my company logo or a branded message?
Yes. For corporate orders we can include a branded gift card or your logo on request — just send us your artwork when you order and we'll take care of the rest.
Gift cards, contents & care
Can I include a personal gift message?
Of course. Every hamper includes a complimentary handwritten gift card with your personal message. Simply add your message at checkout and we'll write it by hand before your hamper is sent.
Some hampers contain alcohol — is there an age requirement?
Yes. Several of our hampers include alcohol (such as Moët, Chandon, Tanqueray and Glenfiddich), so they're intended for recipients aged 18 and over. A valid photo ID may be required on delivery, and we're unable to leave alcohol with anyone who appears under 18 or unable to provide ID. Please ensure an adult is available to receive these hampers.
Can you accommodate dietary needs or allergies?
We can often swap items to suit dietary preferences or allergens — for example gluten-conscious, nut-aware or alcohol-free selections. Let us know your requirements at sales@fuchsiahampers.com.au and we'll do our best to tailor the hamper. As our hampers are handmade in a shared kitchen environment, we can't guarantee against all traces of allergens.
What if my hamper arrives damaged, or I need to return it?
Your hamper should arrive in beautiful condition. If anything is damaged in transit, email sales@fuchsiahampers.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund of the affected items. As our hampers are handmade to order and many contain perishable goods, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns, but we'll always make it right if something isn't as it should be.
